I’m not cooking tonight, so in lieu of a recipe, I’m going to share a tip that I learned recently and absolutely love. You know when you buy a bunch of parsley for a recipe and then maybe use it one more time before it goes bad? Well, I read somewhere on the interwebs that if you put it in a glass of water (like you would put flowers in a vase), cover it with the plastic bag it came in, and tie a rubber band around the bottom of the bag around the cup, it will last longer. I tried it, and I’m telling you, I’ve had the same bunch of parsley in my fridge for over three weeks now. That’s gotta be some sort of record. I might actually use the whole bunch before it goes bad! Try it!
I don’t think the title of your article matches the content lol. Just kidding, mainly because I had some doubts after reading the article.
